Recently, however, my focus has shifted to a different kind of “losing” – losing weight. And I’m thrilled to share that I’m making significant progress!

Thanks to the incredible support and structure of the Shaklee 180 program, I’m officially down 9 pounds since last month. Reaching a pivotal milestone of dropping below 200 pounds – hitting 199.4 at one point – felt like such a massive victory that I celebrated with a brand-new pair of shoes! These numbers clearly show a reduction in key areas like my waist and hips, further reinforcing the impact of the Shaklee 180 program on my body composition. The slight increase in arm measurement could even indicate some muscle toning, which is a fantastic bonus!

Setting Future Goals: A Holistic Approach to Wellness

Looking ahead, my goals for the next month are clear and focused on building upon the strong foundation I’ve established. Hydration remains a top priority; I’m aiming to drink so much water it practically comes out my ears! Equally important is my plan to reintroduce consistent physical activity. I’m excited to restart the Couch to 5k program. This beginner-friendly running plan is perfect for easing back into a routine and gradually building endurance. Additionally, I’m planning to participate in the “Naturally Sisters April Challenge,” which I anticipate will provide another layer of motivation and community support for healthy habits. These structured challenges are excellent for maintaining accountability and trying new things.

My hope is to combine the nutritional excellence of Shaklee 180 with increased physical activity to unlock even better results. This holistic approach, integrating mindful eating, targeted supplementation, consistent hydration, and regular exercise, is what I believe will lead to lasting health and continued transformation.
